Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by Attendees
Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another guest or credited toward a future event, at Small Axe's discretion.
No-Shows
No refund or credit will be issued for guests who do not attend without prior cancellation.
Cancellations by Small Axe
If Small Axe cancels or postpones an event (e.g. due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances), guests will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a rescheduled date.
Changes to Bookings
Guests may request a date change up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
