By proceeding with a booking and completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of service and privacy policies of our designated third-party payment provider.
3. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.
